With over ten years of experience leasing office space for a well known REIT, Jane oversees the indemnity agreement execution process with our broker and property owner clients. She is a graduate of the University of Virginia. ​

About Lease-GuardTM
Our Mission

As commercial real estate professionals ourselves, we set out to create a product that would fundamentally change lease indemnity agreements and expedite lease execution while enhancing security for all stakeholders in the CRE process. Our team is comprised of accomplished industry professionals from every facet of CRE including construction, development, property management, brokerage, finance, legal and risk management.

Lease-GuardTM is a commercial tenant lease default indemnity contract backed by the balance sheet of a AAA rated global specialty risk underwriter. Each tenant lease is credit rated based on the specific deal terms of the lease.  Contracts are funded by up front or quarterly landlord payments.
